I'm Phil, the founder of JP Photography, based in Warren, PA. My story isn't the typical photographer's tale. Juggling a full-time job with the county I love, I'm also deeply involved in our community. Whether it's serving on City Council for my third term, supporting the Farmers Market, President of the Student Union (WASU), chairing the County RDA and County Landbank, I'm always striving to make a difference.

Another central part of my life is my son, who often becomes the subject of my work. This photographic adventure started as a hobby when I was 14, but it quickly evolved into my creative outlet. In 2012, I began taking on professional projects, and each year my work expanded. Weddings, senior portraits, engagements, events – I want to be there to capture those special moments, every step of the way.

As a father, I understand the profound value of preserving memories. I cherish the photos that capture my son's growth and the joy he brings to my life. I want to extend that same experience to others, helping them treasure life's precious moments forever.
